Accomodation in Talampaya and Moon Valley

The city of La Rioja, 230km north from Talampaya National Park, is
the biggest city in the area and the most popular accommodation location
for visitors to the Talampaya and Ischigualasto Parks. You can book daily excursions and return to La Rioja to sleep.
Villa Unión, on the other hand, is the most convenient location for those wishing to visit Ischigualasto National Park as well. In this case, you might visit Talampaya National Park and then head to Villa Unión to sleep. The next day, a private charter or a shuttle bus can take you to San Agustín del Valle Fértil (closest town to Ischigualasto Park) or directly to the park if you booked a private excursion.
