San Ignacio Ruins

The Ruins of San Ignacio Mini are located only 250km away from Puerto Iguazú and 60km away from Posadas, the capital of the Misiones province.

Scheduled buses cover the route -along the National Road 12- several times per day. However, if you are not on a very tight budget, it is highly recommended to book a guided tour –available both from Iguazú or from Posadas. Most of these tours are lead by bilingual guides, who passionately transmit their knowledge about the cultural and historical aspects of this region.
