Getting to Puerto Madryn
By PlaneLan Chile operates almost daily flights from Buenos Aires to
Puerto Madryn. Aerolineas Argentinas, on the other hand, flies daily
to Trelew – the closest neighbouring town, 60km west from
Puerto Madryn.

By Bus
The trip from Buenos Aires to Puerto Madryn takes about 20 hours. You can buy your ticket at the Bus Terminal in the Retiro neighbourhood (Avenida Ramos Mejía 1680) [ 
] , by phone or directly at any of the company’s websites.
For such long trips, it is advisable to book a night bus with so-called “bed-seats”; the ticket will be a little more expensive, but you will have a pleasant drive secured.
By Train
Unfortunately there is no regular train covering the road between Buenos Aires and Puerto Madryn or Trelew.
